They always help me! I love that they take my used oil, always have my parts I need and ship my packages from UPS for me. Thank you for all that! That going above and beyond. Amazing Job I really appreciate you guys!

It's hurtful to even put 3 stars here. They did check my battery and alternator like I asked which earned them the 3 stars but the entire time the associate made it very clear he wasn't pleased I had come in for the service. When I said I wanted it checked he responded with awesome. He was short and rude the entire time, and when he finished the test said Merry Christmas, and walked off. If you don't enjoy your job and what's being asked of you at that job just quit. Don't take it out on the customer for using the service. I don't normally do reviews but I have to say this associate made it hard not to. I will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

Auto parts store employees are not mechanics therefore you should have a good idea about the part you are going to pick up. However this particular store is even worse. Quite often they won't have the part or the wrong part May even be in the right box. This has happened at least twice. I'm done wasting my money on second tried. The employees overall are rather nice people However! It's the store not the employees.

Always have what I'm looking for, or can get it. Staff isn't the most polite, but they are upfront and to the point, which is good. They also will go above and beyond to help find solutions

When Ralph is there you never meed to fear, he will get you straight AND DONT WORRY if Ralph is not available, the whole staff is reliable and helpful
