Kudos to the manager (Gabriel?) who replaced the battery out in the snow in the freezing cold. Not a simple job in this case as the acid had leaked. He saved us a lot of money and made us SAFER and that has earned him a 5 star review! I'll be buying my batteries here from here on in.

Was in the store and had excellent service. The employee who helped me was Gabe, he was friendly, courteous and he knew his stuff when it came to my car battery and what was needed to help me with my issues. Great service and a great employee.

I'm a big fan of Advance Auto Parts, but not all stores have good customer service. I'm a 1st time car owner so I panick over everything. During the freezing temperatures my car wouldn't start so i jumped my battery and ran over to Advance. The 1st employee I communicated with calmed my nerves down and explained things to me, but that 2nd employee made me feel as if he didnt want to help me. No greeting, no warmth to him just a rushed job. When I asked a question I felt I was bothering him. I won't be going back to this store anymore, I'll stick to the stores that are nicer and know how to talk 1st time car owners.

The people here are amazing! Super knowledgeable about various auto needs and are always extremely kind! I even had an uncomfortable moment in their parking lot and one of their staff members came and helped me after I had asked for help- just overall great humans. Thanks for your patience with customers who don’t understand auto and just being great! Been coming here for 2 years!
