Mavis Discount Tire

Went to Mavis to get my 2 front tires replaced while they were swapping out the tires, they damaged my rims and didn’t mention it. I noticed it when I walked to the car and seen my rims scuffed up scratch and chipped . Chris called me left me a Voice Mail a week after guaranteeing me my rims will get taken care and fixed They’re just waiting on a quote from a company they use . two weeks passes so I call to see what the status and Chris seemed confused like Why I’m calling him . When he was the one that left me, the phone call, assuring me that he was on top of it smh . So he tells me to call back that Anthony is the one taking care of it . Spoke to Anthony on December 4 said he will call me back the next day. And I Never got that phone call.. at this point, I’m over it . Very disappo

I been going to the Mavis location for over a year. Each time I go I am greeted with a smile and how may I help you? It does not matter what issue I have or what issue I think I have the team will always check my car and let me know what is going on. Anthony, especially, is helpful in so many ways. He explains in detail waht is the issue with my car and takes his time. I always go to this Mavis location because of the great team that Anthony has.

They took me in as soon as they opened, got me the parts my car actually needed for an Audi, charged me an extremely fair price, and educated me on the whole process for how to identify the problems my car was having. They were extremely fast even though they were overloaded with several other people coming at the same time and they didn’t cut any corners. They repaired all 4 spark plugs with premium plugs and 4 new coils, and literally removed the massive engine jerk on my car so I could continue driving another 9 hours to my next destination. Extremely thankful for the rapid service and on a Sunday! This is a blessing in my life and you would be mistaken to not come here if you live nearby.

Twas the night before a massive snowstorm, and there I was… a damsel in distress with a completely flat tire and panic setting in. It was about five minutes before closing, and I fully expected to hear, “Sorry, we’re closed.” Instead, Anthony, the manager, stepped in like a true professional and assured me they would take care of it. Bruno, the mechanic, quickly got to work and fixed the issue without hesitation. No rushing, no attitude, just genuine help when I needed it most. In a moment that could have turned into a cold, snowy disaster, they showed kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I’m incredibly grateful.
