I had a great experience at Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and got the work done faster than I expected. The shop was clean and well-organized, pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole process felt honest and stress-free — which is rare when it comes to auto service. You can tell they really care about doing things right and treating customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back here for tires and future car service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto work.

Hi this place complete disaster i went to fix my car not only its the most expensive place they also broke my brake line when they were changing my brakes and game me the car back my wife with 3 kids almost died and the manager was disgusting in his field no idea what he was doing rude and unprofessional also his mechanic assistant has no idea what he was doing no experience they both need a good Mechanic school and anger management classes . Please don’t go to this place. There’s many other places you can visit right in this area in a few minutes range of driving. Good day everyone God bless the USA

I had a nail stuck in my tire and they helped me fix it very quickly. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained the issue clearly. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Really appreciate their help and honesty — it made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this place if you need tire service!

We didn't come in here for any specific service, but more so to have our tires inflated on our camper. They were so helpful in looking up our tire information and making sure we were inflating it to the correct PSI. They even helped out to back up our camper so we could get the other side. We are thankful and honestly couldn't be happier. Wish these guys were available at our next destination!

I called this morning to schedule an appointment and was able to come in at 9:30 a.m. Noah was very helpful from start to finish. My tire was repaired promptly, and he also provided pricing for a new set of tires. He was polite, professional, and let me know that I could simply call when I’m ready to order and they will take care of the rest. Excellent service — 5 stars!
