Wonderful service, great prices and al around great people. Needed a battery for my 2022 van and the guy behind the counter worked with me on getting the right one. No up sales, no hard lines just honesty helpful work. Even changed it out too. Very informative and will definitely be back for future projects. *Thanks again to the counter man, even though I forget his name. Big guy like me, shiny head lol*

The young boy who waited on me went out of his way in assisting me. I didn’t get his name, but he went to Florence High School and presently is a nursing student at UNA. He was kind, patient, and knew his product well. I enjoyed our little chat.

Advance Auto is my go-to store for all things automotive. Tonight, I visited not for automotive needs but guitar needs. I'm a luthier (I build, repair, and restore guitars) and tonight I needed a fine polish to restore the gloss to the lacquer of an old 70s guitar. They didn't have what I was looking for (Meguire's Mirror Glaze #9) but the guy was super, super helpful and friendly. The friendly service, competitive prices, and amazing savings when using coupons for online purchases are why I will come to Advance again and again.

I needed coils for my Dodge Ram. I found out quickly that if I bought it separately, it would cost close to $100 more. I went to another auto parts store first and bought a kit with all the coils. Started putting them in and bolts bottomed out before going into the motor. Advance Auto on Cloverdale Rd came through for me.

Little late posting this, but I came in a few months ago and I received the best customer service I've ever received from a store like this. I accidentally drove to the wrong store, but they helped me check my battery and alternator anyways. So helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable that I bought a part I had no intention of buying just because I wanted to support the company that supported the gentleman that helped me.
