Super friendly and knowledgeable. Took all the time I needed to understand the process to repair my truck. Sent me a detailed estimate and gave me an estimated time for repairs. They were recommended by another repair shop.

I had some body work provided by Randall's. They provided me with what I considered a fair estimate (I got 5 estimates). Theirs wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive and it was the most detailed. Since I was paying for this repair out of pocket, they offered suggestions to save me money by buying parts myself and providing them to them. When they completed the work, the cost was significantly less that what was quoted because they didn't have to do as much work as they initially expected. My wife's car was just hit by someone and we are taking it to them for repair too. You can't go wrong.
