Hines Mobile Service

My mom had to have her car battery jumped off; later, I suggested she get Autozone to check the battery’s health. Their tester showed it might be the battery, but it might be the alternator. With icy weather coming in for the weekend, she was afraid to be without a vehicle (and with me 30 minutes away and unable to drive on ice). I found Hines Mobile online, and he came out immediately. It was a bad battery, and he got her a battery and put it on quickly, for a very reasonable price! We have both saved “Hines Mobile” in our phones for any future needs!

Called Keith on a Sunday afternoon to help with a starter on a 2016 Dodge Dart. He gave me the best price out of every other Mobile Mechanic I called and and had the starter replaced within 30 minutes. That's a fraction of the time the others told me it would take. He will get all of my work from now on! Highly recommend!

My car wouldn't start -- luckily I called Hines Mobile Service. Keith came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and jumped the battery. He told me to drive straight over to get a battery and that's what I did. He ran several tests on my car and let me know I needed to get the alternator fixed. His wife was also so helpful. They really saved the day because it could've been much more trouble to get the car towed somewhere to get diagnosed and fixed. I'll be calling Hines first next time and so should you! :)

Amazing service, super affordable and did an amazing job on my brakes. They replaced rotors, calipers, and pads in less than 30 mins and I pulled a camper 3 hours up to Tennessee without a single issue and they feel amazing.
