Went in to request a new battery and install and this poor gentleman was all alone in the store on a Friday. He told me he was not able to help me because he was by himself and to come back next week. Unfortunately, dead batteries in cars can't wait that long. Get the poor gentleman some help!

Tonight I went to buy a gallon of oil, I asked one of the two guys if he could put the oil in my car since I couldn't do it myself, and they didn't have any other customers. The older one told the other that it couldn't be done, that they could show me how to do it but the policies had changed and they couldn't help me. I told them it was a long time since they had helped me before. Very bad service, it's very disappointing.

Had a great experience getting my car quickly diagnosed that I needed a new car battery (as opposed to alternator or spark plugs); then had a new car battery installed in 15 mins by Eric. Eric was very experienced in removing the old car battery and installing a new one in quickly and with care.

I went there dealt with marcquiano. He is a great guy very informative about the products. I will definitely come here again.

Needed a new battery, they tested the old one and helped me change it. The staff were all kind, friendly, and helpful. Car trouble is stressful, but they really helped make the process smooth and easy. I definitely recommend and I'm grateful for their service!
