For the most part I do all of my auto parts shopping at Advance and have always had a great experience. Always greeted when entering the store and always asked how they can help me. Customer service is above and beyond

This place was the only place in Connecticut that had the parts I needed on hand picked up as call it in they had my parts ready on the counter New Britain Connecticut Advance Auto Parts on 64 Veterans Drive

Don’t ever order home delivery through store. You are better off going directly through DoorDash. I never received my delivery and they refused to redeliver or refund item. Poor customer service. I will never shop at this store again and I suggest others don’t either.

I called here while heading over to the store hoping that they would have the fuel pump I needed for my car, but no such luck. They guy at the counter was terrific and explored all avenues with me. It is a very old car, so the part was not in stock. If I had the time (which I did not), they could have ordered it. The store looked clean and well organized.
