I needed a muffler clamp ran to advance they had exactly what I needed, great customer service, personable workers, clean organized store, prompt service.

Today the real feel temperature is -7. I show up because I was having an issue with a wiper blade a bought a month ago but hit a deer that day. When I got my car back the drivers side wiper didn’t clear the windshield. The first employee came out and tried replacing the blade. We couldn’t tell if that worked because my washer fluid was frozen and too low. So he filled my washer fluid and got that working for me. The wiper blade still didn’t work. A second employee came out and cleaned my entire windshield by hand to see if there was a residue causing interference with the blade. There was because then my wipers worked great. These men did not get a sale today but did spend 20+ in freezing temperatures to help me out and that right there is customer service. 10/10 would recommend this store

I want to thank Kevin Sexton for taking the time to help me fix my car when I needed it the most. My muffler had come loose and I went to the store to buy a metal strapping kit and he was very kind. Thanks Mike.

Related to my recent purchase experience, I must give this a full 5 stars. What can/should a customer expect of a retailer when searching for a specific product? Well, here are a few obvious ones: A clean, bright, well-stocked, neat establishment with courteous and helpful employees. Advance Auto passes on all of these points. I had never been in the store before so I had no idea where to find what I was looking for. Within a few seconds after making my way into the store, an employee was there offering to assist. He answered my questions and offered suggestions about my purchase. I was soon able to make an informed decision and depart with my automotive products. Thank you Advance Auto.

Fran is the man. Very helpful ran numerous part numbers for me and also compared an in store part with one I described to him to check compatibility. Very helpful and pleasant. Have always had a good experience with this store specifically. Thanks Fran
