Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I normally go to Hoffman but I wanted to try the new car wash. I went today and then drove 3 minutes down the road (which was dry) and noticed my car was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. I messaged the chat option on the website and they told me to return to the location and speak with someone. I went back and the girl was extremely nice and understanding and agreed that the back wasn’t cleaned. She notified her boss and he started giving her a hard time about it and made her close the door to the booth so I couldn’t hear him. He tried to say that I went and drove around and got my car all dirty and came back. He was practically yelling at her and being rude to the poor girl and told her to make sure she got all of my information. He agreed to let me go back through after all of that back a

This car wash is AMAZING!!! Prior to my wash my car was coated in a heavy layer of road salt and mud I wish I had taken a before picture because I can’t believe how incredibly clean this made my car!!! The owner was super informative and explained all the different plans as well as what they do for my car. He greeted me with a smile and was very nice. I also love the fact this place has towels and spray for me to use to clean my car because I never carry any of my own in my car. Photo was taken during a snow storm right after my wash! Definitely will be coming here again!!!

I’m sitting here after just washing my car and wondering why I didn’t get a membership sooner. I noticed my tailpipe formed rust on it from this harsh winter. I had so much rock salt on my car but it seemed like every time I would wash it, it would be back the next day. Washing the car adds up and gets expensive quickly so I drove around often with rock salt eating away at my car. I knew I wanted a membership but didn’t know which carwash to choose. Tidal Wave was a tad more convenient for me so I chose to try them. I am amazed at how good my car looks! It definitely is the best wash I’ve received in the area. I love that they provide towels and cleaner. The cleaner isn’t so great for the windows but I keep a bottle of Spray Away in my car anyway. (I don’t think any glass cleaner

Tried it once and will be my last time. Very aggressive process. I could feel the side brushes pushing the door in at several points. Never had that issue at any other automatic car wash. Also blew several of my trim piece gaskets out of their spots. The brushes folded both of my mirrors in during the process.

Absolutely terrible car wash. Just canceled my membership. I've tried explaining to many different workers that for some reason my car jumps the rollers and gets launched back a good five feet. Luckily this place is always dead(because its trash) or else I know i would have gotten thrown into another car. It's so bad everytime I miss the last roller and my car is never dry because of this issue. Hopefully no damage has been caused to my car because of this. Do not go to this there's a couple different washes less then a mile away.
