Super friendly staff... they went out of their way to help me change a wiper blade on the back of my car that absolutely did not want to come off.
7/9/24. Today I had my mother at WCH who is handicapped. She is unable to walk and requires a power chair and handicap van with ramp. The vans battery died. I called Daniel from Advance Auto and explained the situation of Mom being stuck in van. Within a few minutes ,he arrived at the hospital and installed a new battery in this 94°temp. There are still good people and local businesses that go up and beyond. I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Daniel.
They handed me the item I wanted ... But could not loan me any hand tool to fix it on the spot. I just needed to remove my gas cap when the other was damaged. And they couldn't help either. They're not allowed to help any more. I am not strong enough to take a broken locked gas cap off.. But I figured big guy could. Easily. But he wasn't allowed to help me. So I returned the part after I found someone I could get to help me before I ran out of gas. But they were nice.
Eudora was a friendly team member! Great service from her. Always willing to help. Great clean store!!
