The Truck Shop

Robert and his son took a little time locating a part for my truck. Soon as they had the part in hand they headed directly to me and even gave me a call to let me know they were en route. Made suggestions on things to be fixed that he noticed as well. He and his son had me back together and running in a good time frame. Thank guys !!

If you’re anywhere near the New Martinsville, WV area and need work done on your Tractor/Trailer then this is definitely the Shop you want to go to. Robert (the Owner) is one of the Best Guys you’ll ever meet, he has a Lifetime of Experience with Trucks. They have always got me in and out quickly, and have very good pricing. I couldn’t recommend any place as highly as The Truck Shop for this area!

My truck broke down on Wheeling, WV and needed to be towed to a shop, I was deciding to take it to Detroit shop or The Truck Shop place. I decided to take it here to The Truck Shop because I thought I was going to save some money, but in the end it was worse. It took almost a week to be fixed, which is more time than it should, unfortunately they don’t have space inside the building, so they place it outside the shop. Customer service is unprofessional. The owner is knowledgeable, but he rarely ever puts hands on your truck, most of the work was done by the helpers which worried and frustrated me about the job being done right. After all, the truck works. If you have the option to take it to a certified shop, take it. What I learned, it is better to pay a little more money than being worri
