I just want to give Anthony and dickie for helping me with my car really came in clutch if your ever in new martinesville stop at auto zone for your parts quality stuff !!!!!!

I can't even begin to express how thankful we are to have been helped by a young man named Brandon, he went above and beyond to not only find exactly what we needed, but when we explained our situation and all the trouble we were having finding the right battery because our bike was custom made and had already purchased 4 batteries from another store earlier that same day and we were over 100 miles from home. Brandon went to who I assumed was his manager and told him that he was taking his lunch break and then walked a few blocks to the motel where we had gotten a room and he pushed that 1300 pound bike back to the store and installed the battery and made sure it started. We purchased 7 batteries that day before getting the one that fit and worked. I wish we had went to Autozone first.

So I have the MOST RESPECT Anothoney R and dickie help and I mean WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR a mother and her two children get a tire off their car after we had found out the lug nuts were stripped

Very friendly and polite staff, clean, well organized store. I was very impressed with Mark, he was able to help me price out the right parts for my truck in around 10 minutes, and most of that was us just chatting since he's had the same truck in the past so he was able to explain what parts I needed very well.

Very helpful counter person. The item I needed was in stock and everything was easy to find.
