My battery died, and the folks at Advanced Auto Parts did an awesome job repairing it on site and fixing me up with a brand new battery. Very thankful for their hard work and dedication to their customers!
Avoid the store at all cost!! Customer service is very rude. If I could give this place a zero star I would the store number is. #7464. From the moment I walked in they were very unhelpful. Didn’t try to explain anything to me Brushed me off as they have better things to do. There’s another store, maybe four or five minutes further on the same street would highly recommend them. I would even recommend the AutoZone that isn’t even completely built yet over this location & they don’t have staff.
The GM, he called himself "Mr. T" installed my car battery was very knowledgeable, and patient. He exceeded my expectations, excellent costumer service. Thank you "Mr T".
The whole staff is awesome. They were all friendly and very helpful!!!
The signs on the doors say they open up at 9:00. Four cars in the parking lot I'm assuming belong to the employees here but nobody will open the door or answer the phone. I would get zero stars if I could.
