Was shorted $22 battery core when I returned my purchase. Has to go back 3 times, wait 40 minutes for a “manager” to get off a conference call to help me.. employees were useless. Drive a mile up the road to O’Reilly’s. Avoid this location!
Had a small issue where parts ordered online for pickup got picked up by someone else, but the issue was resolved quickly and easily! Great customer service and highly knowledgeable!
I went there today for a new battery and its installment. David was more than helpful, I'd 6 stars if possible. Wonderful place with great staff.
Our business Quonset Motor Sport frequently does business with this location. They have always been helpful, courteous, an accurate. We especially appreciate Sammy and the way he goes out of his way to personalize the service we receive.
So me and my friend just went to pick up some adapters for his exhaust, we asked the employees behind the desk where they were and she had my friend go behind the desk and basically do their job for them while they sit on their phones. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 🤦🏻♂️
