We needed a new (reliable) battery for the car. Advance Auto had it in stock and installed it for no extra cost. We had called O'Reilly for comparison, similar cost but they could not install due to resetting the car's computer (Ford). We were in and out with a new batter installed in no time!! Thank you Advance Auto.
I had a fantastic experience at this Advance Auto Parts. Earlier in the day, I picked up brake pads from a different location, but they gave me the wrong part. When I came here to Advance Auto Parts in Norwood, Jose, the assistant manager, was outstanding. He quickly fixed the issue, made sure I had the right part, and showed that he truly cared about helping.
This is the most incompetent, rude, unprofessional and unobliging staff with a hint of arrogance, that I ever experienced. When you walk in the store and approach the counter, they look at you, and make you feel like you’re just a big inconvenience to them. The other day I was there and the guy behind the counter was on the phone with a customer on the other line and he was so annoyed by that so much that he made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll do the best I can to avoid this store at all cost.
Namar at this AAP location is pure excellence. We pulled up—he helped me pick out my wiper and then swapped it for free. Like a pit crew pro engineer. Leave a tip. Smooth and lightning fast. Legend of the auto game. Thank you!
Came with 5 minutes left , even as I type in the park in lot 3 minutes before clsoing and saw them deny a customer at the door while standing right in front of him saying they are closed when it says online until 9pm. Waiting people's time
