I’ve had to come to advanced auto parts twice in the last 2 months and every time I am met with great customer service and a great experience. Chancy has made all of my nerves go away when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. She always has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. I recommend going to her to everyone !

Stopped by the store late last night to get a new light for my headlight. The guy went above and beyond. Came out to the car to make sure I got the right part and then put it in. It may seem simple but for me it was huge. Saved me from driving home with 1 headlight and trying to figure it own after the kids went to bed. Both workers were nice and friendly. Didnt make me feel embarrassed that I don’t know which light I needed. I’ll definitely go back. Thank you!

I had to replace two batteries in my ram 2500. Brian was extremely helpful and installed both batteries while I waited. The pricing was competitive and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Came to the store for a new car battery and I had a solid experience. Tony was incredibly nice and helped swap out my battery for me. He was clear and concise about the whole purchasing process and was stellar to work with!
