My fiance and I went in today with an issue regarding our hitch that we’re using to trail our pop up camper. The two gentlemen that we spoke with were incredible! They were John and JP. Absolutely amazing teamwork. They both listened to the problem, came out to look at it, went back inside and manhandled our issue. Told a few jokes. Then as we were driving away JP came out to wave us goodbye. It really made our already chaotic trip smoother! We will be back when we’re in the area. Thanks again guys!!!!

After a terrible experience at Batteries Plus, the fine folks here at Advanced Auto Parts were able to get my vacation back on track. Short story is this, Batteries Plus does not honor their warranty and they are overpriced. I took my $153 paperweight from batteries plus and used it as the core for my $115 equivalent battery from Advanced Auto Parts. My new battery has a 1 year, no questions asked, nationwide warranty. From now on, I will be buying all my batteries here. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for having good parts, good service, and a good warranty!

I went in today for help with a battery issue JP was very helpful and attentive, along with having a great attitude! Meg replaced our battery and was very nice as well! I appreciate everything they did to help! HUGE Kudos to you both 😁

Justin and the other technician were fantastic! My battery died on a Sunday evening and I know no one wants to do work when they're getting ready to close down for the evening. They were professional, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Their employees went the extra mile, and even though there are auto part stores closer to home, I'll be returning to the Orange City location anytime I need any part because of their excellent service.
