Very helpful employees, good location and easy to get to. I went there to give them an old battery no longer working for them to dispose of.

Sold me an overpriced battery and then refused to install it even though they advertise free installs. The employee who sold me the battery stated “I don’t do battery installs” the second after he printed my receipt. They did give me a refund, but if you are going to refuse to install batteries you shouldn’t advertise that you will. I got a battery for $100 less right down the road at Mavis and they even squeezed in a quick install for me at the end of their day no problem. I will never buy another car battery from Advance Auto again.

My check engine light came on 2 times and each time they checked it and were exact!! They were very great and courteous....I thank you so very much!!!

My husband's car needed a battery so we stopped in to purchase one. Our salesman was Chris and not only was he very helpful with our purchase but he offered to remove the old battery and install the new one at no extra charge. Ten minutes later, we were on our way. Chris gave great customer service! Thank you!
