Jay's Towing

On behalf of my boyfriend Tj since he doesn't have a google account. Jay’s Auto & Towing came through when no one else did. After five calls, Jay was my sixth—and the best by far. He kept me informed, showed up earlier than expected, and was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend his services.

Motorcycle broke down alongside a busy highway. Came down to my location less than 20 minutes and loaded up my bike less than 5 minutes. Considered my safety near a highway, very considerate for people. And very affordable prices, satisfactory. Straight forward and honest. 😁

My car stopped running while driving it this morning on my way to work. Jay's Towing picked up my vehicle and dropped it off at the garage in a timely manner. Very efficient, very kind, and extremely helpful. Amazing customer service and communication! Today, I actually remembered that this is not the first time I had dealt with Jay's Auto. My car started smoking while driving last year, and I called several places that were not very helpful, considering it was the weekend, before landing on Jay's phone number. Jay came out to my car, did what he needed to do to help me get the car to the garage without a tow bill and then even followed me there to make sure I made it ok, all without charging me!!!! By far the best towing , response time experience I’ve had with a company . Jay answered and within a hour helped me . Kind , courteous and will always call him for any future break downs ! Highly recommend .

My daughter recently got a flat tire. I was at work and could not leave. She found Jay locally and online. He was prompt, courteous and I could tell he was a very good and honest man. Dad's and Mom's.... if you can't be there to help your stranded kids with their car emergency call Jay. He is the next best thing! He's is local, trustworthy, reasonable and like having a family member by your kids side when you can't be. I will also use him, as a female who needs honesty with car emergencies and assistance.
