Mavis Discount Tire

I took my car in for a standard oil change. After about an hour in the waiting room, the mechanic comes to talk with me- told me they had a new mechanic doing the oil change and he drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. I asked what that meant and was told that it just means it will be a few minutes longer. He said they have to have the correct transmission fluid delivered. 45 minutes later, comes to say it's almost complete, asked him questions that were recommended from a mechanic friend, answered my questions but brushed the situation off as not a big deal. Told me how it happened. I asked for everything to be written down. I was not charged, but when I was checking out, the report had very minimal details. Wow! Great customer service from Bryce and Scott while on vacation in Hershey! Pin hole in the tire and got us right in and took care of the problem. We are so thankful for the great service and we could get this taken care of so fast.

Mavis was able to get my tire fixed within 45 minutes of arriving to the shop without any issues. The service was exceptional and exceeded all expectations!

Liz and her team at this location is amazing! They are so helpful and honest. My wife and son needed help with their tires while visiting the area for a hockey tournament and they took care of the problem right away. Absolutely the best place to service your car!
