I went to this location on the morning of 6/2/25. I had made an order for pickup and showed up about 10 min earlier to the 30 min time suggested for pickup. No big deal. I go inside and see that my order was started and I only needed 3 items for an oil change. Only 1 item was on the cart for pick up. No one was in the store as they were outside getting food. I then asked the gentleman how many 5qt oil containers I can bring back with used oil. He tells me 1. He also advised me that I would have to wait for the container back because they don’t keep containers. This is the issue. My brother is a regional manager of WNY and when I called him to ask the policy it states that I can bring back 5 5qt containers and that advance will dispose of container.
