⭐ 1-Star Review for Advance Auto Parts I visited Advance Auto Parts today to buy new windshield wiper blades because my current ones (Rain-X brand) are loud and skip even in heavy rain. As soon as I mentioned that I didn’t want Rain-X wipers, the store manager, Patrick, became noticeably rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me find an alternative, his tone and attitude made it clear he was irritated from that point on. He told me I’d “be paying a lot more” for a different brand, which I said was fine. I asked about my options, and he showed me a few choices in the $25–$38 range. I also asked for a rear wiper blade around $14.99, and I agreed to that price as well. Walked in to buy a mower battery and the lady immediately asked what I needed in a very rude tone. Not a great experience. I’ll be taking my business across the street to O’Reilly from now on. Disappointed in this Advance Auto Parts location in Pilot Mountain.

Visiting the area for some hiking and found myself with a dead battery at Jomeokee campground. The owner of the campground helped me get my car started back up and recommended this Advanced for a new battery (it was needed) and although I didn’t get their names, the staff was so kind and got me going in a matter of minutes. Thank you, for being so kind and so quick.

Well it's a auto parts store so, no comments on that, a couple of employees have the personality of a wet mop and can be a little on the rude side.

Bought two batteries there in three days. First one was for my dad. Installed by Amanda I believe was her name. She went above and beyond preparing his truck for the new battery. I was so impressed that when my battery gave me trouble I drove from one town away to get mine there. Very pleased with the service they provided.
