Ive used these folks for oil changes a few times. This time I needed a water pump. Terry worked me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, repaired the Expedition and got me finished quickly. Efficient, fair and very professional.

I highly recommend!! I was a woman traveling alone, and still over 3 hours from home when my 2018 Tahoe suddenly broke down. An officer stopped to check on me and immediately referred this shop. They not only towed my vehicle to their shop, but they were able to diagnos the problem too. It was my transmission, and because it was late in the day, they wouldn't be able to replace it right away. I was in a predicament; however, being genuinly concerned for my well being, and the situation I was in, they personally drove me 15 miles from their shop just to make sure I had a safe place to stay for the night. These are absolutely amazing people, they have been a true blessing for me. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me. Believe me, your kindness has not gone unnoticed.

Pilot Tire LLC sent us here! We had been in Raleigh the past month for work, on the morning we were supposed to drive to Indiana in the company car, our bosses informed us we needed to get a state inspection. My co-worker and I are both Indiana employees, we were ignorant of such inspections. We called numerous places in Raleigh that couldn't get us in until the afternoon. We decided to call places along our route which led us to Pilot Tires, only to discover that since the car/company is Raleigh based, the inspection that county needs is more extensive, so they sent us over here! They were able to get us in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Everyone we talked to was wonderful. I get there, there's one person there already. No problem, I don't have to be first for getting there a bit before they open, just soon at least. (Should be second but I'll get to that) They opened the doors 3-4 min late, (not so bad if not for) but before they did so one of the mechanics opened the mid garage door. The mechanic then went to the suv that pulled in a min or so after me, THEN to the first person, talked, and finally walked to me as I called that the other one was first, didn't ask anything.(just small talk as I pointed out that the door was still locked 2 min after opening time) I don't mind a little waiting, I was there 5 or so min before they even opened so I could wait, but even after they finally opened proper. I was waiting 5-6 min before someone finally came to ask if

The facts: I was there for 1.5 hours for an NC inspection. A customer that came in 15 mintues after me got serviced before me and left 15 minutes before me. They did the job with no hiccups but I hate the thought of spending a quarter of my day on such a simple service.
