O'Reilly Auto Parts

I returned an incorrect part, and tried buying the buying an upper control arm for my truck. The employee (red hair with glasses) told that my truck doesn’t have an upper control arm and tried selling me another part instead. I knew he was wrong so I just left. I went to Advanced Auto Parts up the street and got the part I needed within 5 minutes and they were super helpful. I realized after that the employee from O’Reilly’s only gave me half of the refund I was supposed to get, but I’d rather just not have to deal with him than get the money back. Maybe if you would focus on customers instead of your friends who are in there leaning on the counter talking you could do focus on your job.

Carl and Christian were absolutely amazing. Car was able to help figure out problems and give me another number and was super patient super respectful thank you guys so much!

Super super nice!!! Helped me get new windshield wiper blades and put them on even though it was cold and rainy! they’re awesome!

Tried returning bad battery 3 times , and would not return it, battery is within the 3year protection return plan , horrible people to deal with
