Stopped by Advance Auto Parts for wipers. The salesperson mentioned a protection plan, but I never agreed to it—he just added it anyway. I only caught it after checking my receipt. When I confronted him, he gaslit me into thinking I accepted it. Went back, and demanded a refund which I got. The fact that I had to ask felt shady.
Condescending, uneducated and very unhelpful. We went in with a handful of Knowledge and left completely In question. Recommended us terrible mechanic options, pushing our worries out of control! NAPA at least had the gull to read the codes and have KNOWLEDGE !!! If you want crappy parts and crappy service this is the place for you!
