I was able to find many items still on the shelf and acutal priced LOWER than the printed clearance tags. I got everything you see for $25 out the door! LET'S GOOOOO! 😎😎✌🏽✌🏽

Alex was awesome! Friendly, professional and did a great job explaining what was going on with my car battery while performing a test, all in freezing weather. More businesses would benefit from the quality of customer service he provided during my last visit.

I went to Advanced Auto Parts to buy a new car battery, and I’m really disappointed with the service I received. The battery I was going to purchase did not require professional installation—it was a simple, standard drop-in replacement that I could have easily installed myself. However, when I asked for their help with the quick install (something most auto parts stores are usually happy to do), they refused. It wasn’t because of any safety issue, or under staffed or complex setup—it was a basic battery for a regular vehicle. Instead of helping a potential paying customer, they just turned me away with no explanation other than “we don’t install those.” To make things worse, I called customer service afterward hoping they could explain or help resolve the issue, but they were no help at

The staff in the Poquoson store is top notch. They are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. One thing I really appreciate about the staff is that if they don't know the answer or can't find something. They don't try to BS the customer like many parts stores. You will always get an honest opinion with the best price options without pressure for the purchase of premium parts.
