Cool Wave Car Wash

This car wash was awesome when it opened but appears to not be maintained since it opened. The vacuums are free but they don't work. The price is advertised as $5 but if you use a card you find out it's $10. Automatic car wash options are out of order and appear to be storing junk. Go somewhere else

Really dissatisfied with my visit today! Paid 15$ for a “Nor’easter” wash only to not receive any wash. Pull through car wash looked unusable. Ice coated everything inside & seemed to be causing the machinery to not work right. Attendant was unable to get the wash to work right. Upon inquiring for a refund I was told that there wouldn’t be any. If you don’t do refunds, have a sign that says so. The owner must be laughing all the way to the bank. How many establishments get worse year after year & manage to stay in business? Hey Owner, your wash is a bust. I want my 15$ back or a free 25$ wash for the inconvenience. Check this out, if you don’t make one of these things happen I’ll park my car in the tunnel & forget how to drive forward. You like your $$$ so much make this right before it hu

Nice car wash, but the attendant or owner comes over and talks to you while your washing your vehicle, friendly, but gets in your way which takes you longer to wash your vehicle and runs out the timer. Intentional? Maybe? Maybe not. Update: used debit card at selfwash was charged $10 even though it states $5 on was posted. Very suspicious

Paid $25 for the automatic brushless and car honestly looked dirtier when it came out. That little squirt of water seemed to have less pressure than a garden hose and car wash lasted like 47 seconds. Much better automatic wash for $10 at Washmoore right down the street with multiple passes from the automatic sprayers.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid for the 20 dollar wash was supposed to get foam and extra stuff only got soap and a spot free rinse and the vacuums are free from 6-8 according to website they were not on or working at 3:05.
