Well, I wish I went to O’Reilly, because this company won't refund their defective products, asked if I can return new alternator I bought from them, because it makes a noise like I'm driving turbo charged car, but they said "NO" only a replacement. BUT who is going to pay for the labor? Well I believe this company won't be existing in the nearest future, they have the worst company policies.

They have great service, some times they don't have what I'm needing, but they always go the extra to help out. The return policy is on point
