I stopped at this location because they had a synthetic-blend oil available in a convenient 5-gallon container. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Two funnels on the rack were marked at a specific price, but the store refused to honor the posted pricing, stating that the computer rang them up differently. Despite there being a line of customers, the pricing issue was not resolved. Additionally, there was only one employee on the floor, who had to leave the sales area to retrieve printer paper, leaving the store unattended. During that time, several people entered, picked up merchandise, and left without paying. In a strip-mall setting, this seems inefficient and counterproductive. I also noticed that corporate responses to similar complaints appear generic and dismissive.

Before buying a new battery, the store sales person made sure that it will fit my car. It was installed properly and quickly. Great service. Thanks

The store itself is not bad, there is good selection and the prices are reasonable. I was looking for a tire pressure gage and they had about 20 different varieties all of various ranges and types, which is better than I can say for most stores. That being said i feel that the store is understaffed because to buy 1 item it took about 10 minutes plus there were two people working the line. This seems unreasonable to me. I think they should hire more cashiers to help expedite lines and provide customer service for wandering customers. Not a great experience here.

Caveat Emptor! (Buyer beware). I visited this location for a certain product for my 2014 VW Touareg tdi. While the two fellas I spoke with were friendly enough, they offered up a product that, if I hadn’t taken the initiative to question and actually poured into my T-Reg, would have caused damage to my vehicle!!! These days, if you do your own auto maintenance you should know at least a little about your vehicle and not blindly trust any old Joe who works in your local parts place…
