Mavis Discount Tire

I would not recommend anyone to get work done here. I went in on 12/9 to get my tire repaired and I left without my car because it was TOTALED by a worker at this store. My car was driven into the wall by a staff member. The worst thing about this whole situation was that not one staff member talked to me/ or told me what happened until after the police came (about 30 minutes after the incident occurred). I had walked past the staff to take photos of the damage and not one word was said to me. The regional manager of Mavis, Timothy, called me after the incident occurred and told me that they would fix my car to exactly how it was before I came into the shop. Instead, I received an estimate for my car from a body shop that they have a relationship with which said it would be $14,500 to fix

I stopped here on my way traveling to upstate New York from queens with my 3 children and wife and I am glad I did. All four of my tires needed to be changed with a wheel alignment and I only had enough money to change the two bad ones in the front. In any event, I walked back from McDonalds and they informed my wife that they pitched in to purchase the two additional tires that were needed. For them to care about my families wellbeing is more than enough to come to this place from ANY WHERE in the country! PRICELESS. Great service. One of none regarding staff. I would advise everyone to come here! Thank you to them ❤️

One of the best Mavis’ I’ve ever been to. The management was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and listened to me when I spoke without interjecting. They helped me choose the correct tires for my vehicle, which even had a mail in rebate. Did not break the bank and I could not be happier with the timely service. A big thank you to all the technicians who worked on my vehicle. Will definitely be recommending family and friends, and I myself will be back too ! Ask for John the store manager !

I brought my tire that had a screw in it to get fixed. Though it took a little longer to fix than originally estimated, Jose was very professional, apologetic and courteous when I picked up the tire. Very happy with the overall experience.

12/22/2025 - fire pressure check light came in my Acura mdx 2022. Took and appointment with Ramsey Mavis NJ. John and Jose took care of the issue promptly. They even tested the battery to make sure that it was good for the winter. Have been coming to this location for years since it used to be STS. The guys are great here !! Took less than an hour. Recommended that one books an appointment rather than walking in to minimize wait time. Best of all - they didn’t not charge me anything for today’s appointment.
