I had the best experience here last night and today. The workers (not sure of their names) and the store manager Stephen helped me change 2 batteries in the freezing cold and also helped me out w everything else I needed. I recommend this store above any other in Richmond .

I've had a couple very good experiences in here. The store manager (unsure of his name) is generally very helpful and seems to work with his team - a good leader. Yesterday, I went all around richmond looking for an obscure piece of hose for my truck that was no longer made. Needed a weird elbow on it that no store had. Gary took me around the store and helped me piece something together with things off the shelf and out of the back.

Today at 5pm I got rude customer service from a advance auto store employee with out his short uniform on and was vaping near me and the other advance employe was sitting down while I was their and then the employee who was sitting went outside and was holding the door half open and was smoking a cigarette and blowing smoke at my face as I was leaving unprofessional store period

Had to replace battery. Customer service was great and installation took about 5 minutes and I was on my way.

Mike was incredibly helpful for me today, I'm truly grateful 😊
