In a world full of large, transactional franchises, this Advance Auto Parts location is a true hidden gem. This is my GENUINE review of the Rochester location. BLUF (Shorter Version): The staff at this Rochester location simply go above and beyond whenever they reasonably can. This is especially helpful because they genuinely know their stuff. Greg, Tatiana, Bob, Andy, and Ken were outstanding. Greg is the manager, and he’s sincerely a great leade. You can tell he runs the place for a reason, and no, he didn’t pay or ask me to say that haha! The rest of the staff seem happy to work there and care about helping him make the place great. Andy and Tatiana are on track for that level of leadership. I hope Advance Auto Parts at the corporate level rewards this staff by giving them the upward

The staff at Rochester Advance Auto Parts have always gone out of their way to get me the part I need. I work on old cars so the right part is not always obviously available. They have gone to great lengths to find the parts I need many times. Great, hard working people!

They saved the day. Needed a part and because I called early enough they were able to get it shipped that day! They gentleman on the phone was helpful and had a good sense of humor ! Made for a very pleasant transaction and when I picked it up they made sure it was correct before I left the store ! Thanks alot !!

Bought new Diehard battery for my truck today and took advantage of the free installation with purchase. The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed happy to do the installation. Great job and thanks again
