I had went to two other Auto parts store before coming to store#04970 and AutoZone on grace st. Rocky Mount is sorry the man with the dreads came to help with my battery I'm asking him can he replace it he didn't even try to replace it but anyway Kelsey the store manager at advanced auto told me come see him and he took great care of me a long with trying to help others at the time , and he didn't care wat it took to get my battery out he did it and replaced it Thank You Kelsey
Ok. Online order wasn't ready for pickup even after 40 minutes from placing it. However staff was quick to pull items once they had a chance
