Advance has a free battery check and installation, how ever when I went to buy batteries I needed help and no one would help asked for tools and he yelled they are in the back , guy stood outside smoking and watching us take battery out . Will never go there again . No help was ever offered!!! Rude
Shout-out to Mike and Paul for helping me keep my car road ready! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provide free battery installation, charging and analysis, alternator and starter testing, they will also install new wipers and even provide loaner tools to help you with your maintenance! This store typically always has the parts and extras needed to keep you on the road and out of the shop! I highly recommend this location and they have gained a lifelong customer!
Somebody give Austin a raise! I came in today after some shotty mechanical work from a not so local auto shop. He was so patient with me after I explained what had happened and what I thought the problem was. He was professional and genuine and we fixed the problem after some tinkering. Then he welcomed me back whenever I had another issue. Exceptional customer service! He was so knowledgeable. He made a repeat customer, today. 10 out of 10 recommend. Ask for Austin!
Customers lined up waiting. Only two people working and one was outside working on a vehicle. Went elsewhere and got the same product I was going to purchase at Advance for $2 less.
HUGE shoutout to Connor and Austin for helping me with my car. Austin installed my new car battery for me with no issues. He also helped me fix another issue. They were both extremely friendly and pleasant. I could have stayed in there all day and kept on the conversations! Will definitely be back!! These guys deserve a raise for the dedication and service to the customers. 🙌
