Tommy at this Ruckersville store is awesome. I came in again unsure of how to fix something (headlight this time) and he helped me change the bulb on the spot. I drive older cars that are easier to repair than the new ones and Tommy has so much patience it’s unreal. Give this guy a raise !!! - Advance, you’re lucky to have him. I went to advance to see if they would check my battery and i was told they could check it but they wont because they wont go outside because its to cold. . I didn't argue. I just politely said thank you and left and drove a couple miles down the road to AutoZone and not only did they come out and check my battery but they also put in a new battery for me.. so they got my business along with a 50 dollar tip. Oh, and also, it only took him one minute to check my battery and tell me that yes my battery was bad so advanced auto couldn't walk outside for one minute and check my battery. If you cant stand to be outside for a couple minutes then your in the wrong job.

Customer service was not a good experience. Matt "attempted" to help me, however his cocky and rude beyond all disbelief attitude was extremely disrespectful. He is rude and uses a tone of voice that is hostile and loud. He hasn't been there long, but comes across like is entitled and demeaning with his demeanor. I looked into it and he is a very mean individual in and out of work. I've unfortunately had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing him in other public forums and he is not a nice human being. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to have someone like that work in that establishment. I would rather take a longer drive to town or even out of city instead of going to my local advance auto parts store and seeing that "man" in that store. Stopped by today with some battery issues… Tommy (the manager) quickly helped assess my situation and recommend what Id need to fix the problem. He even helped test my system to make sure I was set to go. Great service.

Ordered on line picked in 30 minutes everything worked very smoothly
