I just wanted to take a moment to thank Will at Advance Auto Parts for helping my family and me get home safely after a long trip. We were stranded outside his shop, and he went above and beyond to assist me with a battery issue. Will truly saved us a lot of stress and trouble. It might not seem like a huge deal to some, but if more people helped others the way he did, the world would be a better place. Thanks to his kindness, we made it home safe and sound. Huge thanks again to Will and the whole team — they’re friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this store!

Great service. Love the new Bosch wiper blades. Was in a downpour and they cleared the windows great. Associate was very kind to put them on.

I was calling around for a passenger front window motor and regulator for my Honda. When I called the associate was very helpful and patient as I explained what I was looking for. When I arrived another associate helped me at checkout. Both of the associates took the time to make sure I got what I needed, gave me some advice about the part, and explained the partial lifetime store warranty for the part. The associates names were Will and Josh. I definitely appreciated their help.
