Hands down the best experience ever. Matt was awesome! He made me aware of updates along the way while my car was in their hands. He was the nicest guy I met on my worst day. He made sure I was personally okay before even lookingthe car. car. He assured me that they would repair it properly and their work was guaranteed.They had my car for a total of 2 weeks which was great based on the amount of damage. The cost estimate was extremely easy to read. I was able to turn my rental car into Caliber and they got it back to enterprise for me which was great. It allowed me a worry free service and save me a lot of time moving things around on my schedule. The General manager, Shauna at the Runnemeda NJ location she was very professional in the handling of the repairs done on our vehicle, kept us informed on how the repairs were going, she also made the promised date of delivery of my vehicle. Everything was fine. It looks terrific. Both my wife and myself are completely satisfied with the work done at Caliber Collision. Went to caliber today after a chunk of snow flew off a truck and hit my front bumper. Pulled right in and the manager came outside and pushed my bumper back into place, fixed it. Incredible customer service and very professional. Will be returning and referring people here from now on.

As a new driver, repair shops can be quite intimidating but my experience with the caliber collision team has eased my concerns of being swindled and not fully understanding what my car needs. The team is incredibly skilled at what they do and very communicative: constant communication via text updates on the car’s progress, effectively detailed what’s going on with the car and their approach to resolving each issue in a way that I could fully understand without any car maintenance background, I could always reach someone on the team with any inquiries. It’s been a wonderful experience and my car drives beautifully.
