Great and excellent service. the staff are always more than willing to help you find even the most obscure parts for your vehicle. I've always been greeted with a smile when I shop at Advance. Their parts professionals are always up for the challenge when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Our car broke down up the street from the store And we walked over, hoping to find something to help us get back on the road. Joseph was incredibly helpful from the start, listening to our problem and when he couldn’t diagnose it on the spot, he drove us back to the place where we were broken down, diagnosed the problem, and helped us figure out what we needed to get on our way. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Joseph!

The employees are always very helpful, especially Julie. She is very good at her job. Also, for those who may not know, this store is a UPS drop-off point.

Amanda and Joseph gave me outstanding service today. Came in for wipers. Joseph looked up the car and made recommendations, and then Amanda explained how the extended warranty service works. It was too good of a deal to pass up (and I don't usually purchase any kind of extended warranties). Amanda also offered to check the battery and alternator. AAP is definitely my go-to store for automotive needs!
