I purchased a rear wiper blade from your company and a young gentleman installed it for me. A short time later, my husband noticed the wiper was stuck in the upright position. He avoided using it further so as not to damage the motor. Despite this, we discovered that the incorrect blade had been installed, and it has now scratched my rear glass. When I contacted the company, I was told they do not even sell a wiper blade for my car’s model — meaning they should never have installed one in the first place. I should’ve never been sold the product! I’m very upset because I recently purchased my car in January. I trusted their expertise, and instead now my rear window has huge scratched that are very noticeable. I would like your company to provide the customer support phone number.

Rich is hands on greeting every customer, unloading docks full of freight, keeping his store immaculate ! However, Rich has saved me thousands of dollars when I purchased a brand new Lexus and some of the front end was scratched. I received quotes from various car repair shops, Lexus and the price was $1500 -$2000. Rich personally hands on came out to help me with some compound. $24 dollars it was gone ! 8:15 am on a Sunday and the store is completely closed still not even employees in the parking lot, 4 cars waiting at one point.

Go to spot if you need something in a hurry or looking for advice, but definitely overpriced if you have time to order your part online it would be the better alternative.
