Coles restored my front end and wheel well to brand new after i was attacked by a tractor trailer tire tread! they kept me up to date throughout the process and worked directly with my insurance on approvals. Car was ready on time and was detailed clean. Better than new. This is my 2 nd time using their services and both times all went very smoothly.

I needed work done on my car through someone else’s insurance (another driver hit my car and was at-fault) and Cole’s was on their in-network list. Honestly, I had a great experience! My estimate was on a Friday. They had my car in the following business day and it was finished in a week. They did an excellent job and kept me updated via text message. They even popped an unrelated dent and cleaned my car—inside and out. Highly recommend!

I chose Cole's collision Center to do repairs to my 2014 Silverado that was hit in the front right side. I have to say, from start of repairs to very end, I could not have been treated with better service. The complete experience was better than I ever expected. They are first class operation. The people I spoke to during the whole process were professional, down to earth and very caring. Stayed in contact with me through the whole process and went out of their way to answere any questions I had. The personal they have doing the repairs did a very detailed job and looks brand new. Cole’s collision of Wilton was the best and I’d definitely go back if I ever need to. Price was reasonable, car came out looking brand new, staff helped me get a rental car! And, the rental car was delivered right to Coles Collision so I didn’t have to make the extra trips to the rental agency!! Super convenient! Most importantly, staff and workers are knowledgeable and kind!!
