Came in earlier to pick up a part that was ordered.. There was 2 people in line, so I stood in the check out, looking down an aisle waiting, and the gentlemen behind the counter yelled over to me in a stern voice, Do you need help looking for something? Mind you he was helping the lady in front of him… Made me feel a type of way, I was literally in the store less than 60 seconds. Unsure what he’s problem was, but next time I’ll go somewhere else.

Came in to exchange a battery that I purchased at the Shippensburg AutoZone. The battery in question is exclusively sold by AutoZone and no one else and goes to a car that I can demonstrate 10+ years of buying parts (from their store) for. They stated they have no record of me purchasing the battery. I asked if they could have input the registration wrong and fat fingered the phone number when it was registered - because clearly I was in possession of a battery that they sold to me and it has a bad cell. But they were unwilling to help me. The cashier was rude and the manager was indifferent about trying to assist with the issue. Next time I will drive further to go to napa.

Alex Rodriguez was happy to help & gave me the solution to my problem. He didn’t try to oversell me like other stores in town! He was very knowledgeable & let me know every which option for the break light problem I have. 10/10 service, throw in the towel & stop here. Especially if you’re just coming through Shippensburg or are just a college kid. Don’t waste your time elsewhere!!! Thanks Alex!

Great experience, oil change kit was ready to go and the staff was friendly. I always shop with Advance Auto for owner serviceable parts and maintenance needs.

I had a great experience with Justice! He helped me get my car back up and running in no time with a new battery and hook up! Will be back again for additional auto parts!
