The first cold front came through and my car would barely start but husband was out of town. I ran to Advance Auto Parts 8730 Rayford Rd. in Spring. Sean & Miguel were amazing! Tested my battery & replaced it Checked my air filter & replaced it. Checked my oil- it was good, but noticed that my antifreeze was empty & filled it. My windshield wiper fluid was low & they filled it. Got me the best price on all products I purchased. Gave me helpful hints to care for my car on a regular basis. Got me signed up & started earning rewards and let me wait inside where it was warm while they did all the work. Super friendly, professional, and caring. I’m going to recommend them to everyone!

Excellent service!! Israel went out of his way to help put my license plates back onto my car. He and another helpful employee picked out the right product and Israel insisted on installing it for before I left. Thank you so much!!

I had a bad experience with one of their salespeople. He's an arrogant person. I asked him to wait a minute to make the payment, and he was making facial expressions at me. Because of that, I didn't make my purchase there. I preferred to drive 15 minutes to the next store, and I'll continue to do so.
