Tell me why I just called this place & someone picked up & now I’ve tried calling back & nobody’s answering. I’ve called like a dozen times. Poor service & not professional at all. Complete joke.

Stopped in today at the advice of my very busy mechanic because my car was struggling to start. The young lady, although quick to test my battery, definitely has more knowledge of cars than customer service. Upon testing, she informed me I needed a battery and a new starter. I ran home to consult with my partner and we went back up this evening to get the battery. 3 people working. Two were working with a customer and the 3rd (who blew past me earlier) was goofing around. No one said "be with you in a minute" or even acknowledged us. We left and went to AutoZone and had an amazing experience.

I love the selection of car cleaning products. Everytime I need something for either of my cars, they have it. Also, a very knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys.

I've never had a problem with this store. I order online a lot to take advantage of the promo codes and they always have the order ready (which is more than I'm able to say for other advanced auto stores I've been) when I arrive. The salespeople are helpful as well.
