Terrible customer service! They were to busy talking anongs themselves to help me. When I final got a person, they recommend the wrong part. When I tried to exchange it, they refused I bet if it was a man making the return they wouldn’t have dismissed me.

I warranty exchanged pads and caliper recently and apparently someone misplaced the pads, I received a nasty call from the general manager saying because the pads couldn't be found he would report it to loss prevention and the police. I'm even on video physically handing the brake pads to the cashier's separate from the caliper.

At first contact this was a great experience. I needed my battery charged and was without tools and resource. I called this location and was reassured they could assist. I walked to this location and was greeted and given the tools to release my battery and bring it back for charging. They placed my battery on charger and insisted I come back in a few hours. I called later to check on the progress and was told it would need an additional hour. Then less than 30 minutes later I received a call stated my battery(which was brand new) was "no good". Original cranking amps were 299 currently 699 so its clearly charging. I stated I would not be purchasing a new battery and would come to retrieve my current one. Stopped by to get a new pair of windshield wipers for my car. I liked the new QR code that helps you locate what to need quickly. The staff was nice and greeted and offered to install them for me. Overall a great experience

I had a great experience here. Dave was super nice and helpful. I also didn't know that they can read the codes on your car for you for free.... that was awesome! Thanks so much for all the help today. I greatly appreciate it!
