Customer Reviews
I've been using the Taneytown NAPA location for over 20 years personally and for my business. Great staff, family owned business, highly recommend!!
I ordered a air compresser for my tahoe and they never said oh when you purchase this you also need this and this,or the warranty is no good! So now I am out almost $300.00 they wouldn't take it back or give me another one due to not getting them other parts. I live in TN and when I go to parts place here they say well, if u get this u will need this. Yes I am a woman and no mechanic but that's why they should do their job when I pick up my parts to take to get my vehicle fixed. Yes I would have purchased them other parts had I knew. (Taneytown Napa) Never had a issue before when I lived up there.
They have a knowledgeable staff that trys to help you get the best parts.
Rachel and cindy know what you're talking about every time
Fast, knowledgeable, had what I needed!! In & out the door within 10 min, that included taking my battery & put in the car!!. Great store to buy from!
