Shawn was so helpful and took the time to explain the issue with my car. Every time I come into the store he always offers other things I may need for my car. He doesn’t rush me and make me feel like a burden. And I appreciate coming this store. Shop here and not autozone down the street !!!!

Greatest Staff ever 🙌. I had a flat tire and the gentleman first offered to put air in the tire when he noticed that the tire was beyond just getting air put in. So he then offered to change the tire for me if I was not able to get AAA or A tow. Highly recommended coming here for your auto parts needs. Even when they didn't have it they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and comfortable until my AAA tow arrived. Thank you so much Shawn and Tauri.

Last night at about 7:45pm steam started billowing out of the hood of my car. I was less than a half mile from this Advance store so I wasn’t too worried. I was able to pull in and confirm it was my upper radiator hose. So I go in first to ask for what I need, my husband came in after looking over the car and searched the store for other items in the meantime. Immediately I am treated like a “girl in an auto parts store”. The almost toddler like response when I said I was here for a hose and then the year make model and upper rad hose was disheartening. We went back and forth with you sure it’s upper? Yep. It’s upper. Then again. Confirmations are good. Patronizing is not. Like I didn’t know what I was asking for. I purchased an expensive optima battery from Advance Auto in 2022. It is now 2025 and the battery isn't holding a charge. I'm trying to bring it for a warranty swap while my warranty is still valid. I go to this store and I'm told, "I need to bring the battery to the store I purchased from. Warranties are only honored at the store you purchase from." Since when!? I don't live remotely near the store I purchased this from. And you are telling me warranties are only honored at each store individually? I'll be avoiding Advance Auto from now on, and I suggest you do as well.

I came to the store to replace a faulty battery that was still under warranty, but the visit was extremely disappointing. Their battery tester wasn’t working, so they couldn’t even check the battery. The staff member, who said he was the manager, was not helpful and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way. Instead of offering a solution, he told me to leave in a disrespectful manner. I expected better service and basic courtesy. I can’t recommend this store based on how I was treated.
