I want to give a big shout out 📣 to Brandon (apologies if misspelled). I purchased a new battery for my GMC today to avoid dealership prices (thank you for your help, Liberty!). This young man assisted with a new battery installation in their parking lot (free service). He was professional, courteous, focused, and a great representative of the store. My battery was not easily accessible, and he never once complained about the daylight fading or the temperature dropping throughout the hour-long process. Thanks to his professionalism, I learned how to tackle this myself in the future; however, it's more likely I'd head back to see this great crew. 🙌 A big thank you to the helpful staff of this location.

Had the pleasure of dealing with an associate named Nick, or at least that’s what his name tag said. I came in needing wiper blades and had no clue what I was doing. He took the time to go over all the super blades and which ones were best. Really knowledgeable, I asked if he could put them in since I don’t even know where to begin. He looked around for customers then even explained all the attachments and how they work. He put them on in no time and made sure I felt comfortable knowing how if I ever had too. Really great service here!!

Not a fan of the manager that runs this location, constantly rude,always an attitude. If you do not like working in retail or customer service then don’t. He is the only person there I ever have any issue with all the other employees are very friendly and helpful. I feel bad that he is the manger of that place I know I am not the only customer he turns away and loses money for this company

Nick L gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was on the phone with a customer and he seemed argumentative and had an attitude towards the customer. With me and my friend he was extremely short impolite and childish. This is behavior I’d expect from a middle school child not a grown man.

The manager helped me choose some engine paint to freshen it up and it came out great. Here is before and after pics
