Stanley, was a huge help! The minute I walked in, he was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I needed to replace my battery after a thorough check and he helped me install my battery. In no time how's back on the road I highly recommend him! We shared good conversation & laughter!

I have been an Auto Zone customer for years! When they failed I tried Advanced and they knocked it out of the park!! Doug Nall at the 377/Watauga store is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and one of the most professional parts people that I have ever dealt with!!

Yesterday was my second time in this location and once again I got excellent costumer service! They really try to go above and beyond and the service is super fast! They checked my battery and installed the new one like in 15 minutes tops! Also, I was able to use a coupon and I got a 20% discount on top of a very fair price (see pictures). Staff are friendly and helpful! I would definitely come back! Listen, if you ask for extra coupons they always try to find you the best coupon on the computer for you!

This location at Avanced Auto is one of the kindest most helpful locations I’ve ever stopped by. Definitely worth the drive to go to a store that truly cares about helping the customers. Thank you Brandi and your team.
